Pinwheel scones
Today is the first day back at school and its a Wednesday. That's our normal Tech day so I thought I could do Tech at home. Our Tech teacher said that she would send us a recipe to do each week, if you have the ingredients to make it. Today she shared a recipe for cinnamon pinwheel scones. I carefully followed the steps in the method and they came out really well. We all enjoyed them with our lunch!

When I make scones I always find it tricky to rub the butter in, until it looks like breadcrumbs. How did you find that step of the scone making?
